THE OPPORTUNITY

CPXR is recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join a successful commercial contractor based in Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the Fitout sector who is looking for progression, training and flexibility.

The role will involve delivering exciting projects from pre-start through to completion.

THE ROLE

• Support the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects.
• Assist with project planning and programme management.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality and budgets.
• Help manage project documentation and reporting.
• Carry out regular site visits and liaise with site management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experience as a Junior Project Manager.
• Background in the commercial fitout sector.
• Experience of project planning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Qualification in Construction Management or a related disapline.

Candidates from site management backgrounds will also be considered.
