Junior Project Manager – Roofing / Building Envelope
Location: London / Site-based
Salary: Competitive (DOE) + package
Type: Permanent / Full-time
A well-established, award-winning roofing and building envelope contractor is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team, working across commercial, heritage, education, healthcare and infrastructure projects.
The Role
- Recording and reporting site data and progress
- Organising and coordinating deliveries
- Arranging and managing crane lifts
- Supporting daily activity briefings (DABs)
- Attending Health & Safety meetings
- Liaising with site teams, suppliers and subcontractors
About You
- Experience in a site or project support role (roofing/cladding/envelope an advantage)
- Organised, proactive and confident on site
- Good understanding of site Health & Safety
- CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS beneficial but not essential
