What you’ll be doing as Junior Property Manager: 
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of buildings, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements such as fire-safety checks
  • Dealing with contractors, ensuring quality of their work and signing off invoices
  • Preparing property budgets and overseeing expenditure
  • Overseeing and sending out Section 20 notices when required
  • Dealing promptly and professionally with client enquiries
What are we looking for in a Junior Property Manager?
  • At least 5 years previous experience in a property-sector role
  • Professional qualification – Level 2 TPI or similar
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to handle challenging conversations with tact and professionalism.
  • Proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
  • Flexibility to play your part as a member of a supportive and close-knit knit team
  • Full driving license - as you progress, you’ll begin to visit your portfolio for regular property inspections
