Location: Rossendale, Lancashire
Pay Rate: £25,000 p/annum salary equivalent (pro rata)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm | Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm
Contract: Temporary / Contract

NW Recruitment Services Ltd are proudly supporting a specialist Rossendale-based business with the recruitment of a Junior Quality Administrator to join their Quality team on a temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator looking to develop their experience within a quality-led, regulated environment. You will provide administrative support across the Quality function, helping to ensure documentation, records and information are maintained accurately and in line with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise quality documentation, records and electronic files.
  • Support document updates, revisions and controlled changes.
  • Assist with the administration of quality management systems and associated records.
  • Maintain accurate logs relating to areas such as training, equipment, corrective actions and non-conformances.
  • Support the Quality team with audit preparation, reviews and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with quality reports, data summaries and general administrative requirements.
  • Ensure information is filed, accessible and maintained with a high level of accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information appropriately and follow established procedures.

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, document control or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience using an electronic quality or document management system would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Q-Pulse or a similar quality management platform would be beneficial.
  • An understanding of ISO 13485 or similar quality standards would be advantageous.
  • Experience within a regulated, quality-led or compliance-focused environment would be beneficial.
