Junior Quantity Surveyor

CRS are currently looking for a Junior Quanitty Surveyor to join an exciting company based in Surbiton:

Essential
• Around 1 to 3 years' experience in a quantity surveying, commercial or cost management role, must be
within construction, refurbishment or a related trade.
• A working knowledge of measurement, valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting.
• Strong numeracy, accuracy and organisational skills, with real attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication, comfortable liaising with Contracts Managers,
subcontractors and clients.
• Competent with Excel and confident with computers as well as comfortable learning new systems.
• A proactive, methodical approach, and a genuine interest in the commercial side of construction.
• A full UK driving licence, as the role involves regular site visits across London and the South East.
Desirable
• A relevant qualification (for example an HNC, HND, foundation degree or degree in quantity surveying,
commercial management or construction management) or actively working towards one.
