Junior Recruitment Consultant

Driver Hire Colchester is looking for a reliable, confident and organised Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll support the day-to-day running of the office, manage driver bookings and speak with clients and candidates.

What you’ll be doing

* Managing daily and weekly driver bookings

* Calling drivers and confirming assignments

* Speaking with clients about staffing requirements

* Advertising jobs and recruiting new drivers

* Interviewing and registering candidates

* Keeping our CRM and compliance records up to date

* Looking after our existing driver pool

* Supporting business development and marketing

* Joining our week-on, week-off on-call rota once fully trained

What we’re looking for

You don’t need recruitment experience, attitude and reliability matter more.

You’ll need to be:

* Reliable and punctual

* Confident speaking on the phone

* Organised and able to work at pace

* Proactive and willing to get stuck in

* Comfortable using computers

* A good team player with a sense of humour

* Keen to learn and progress

* Hold a full UK driving licence

* £100 bonus for each on-call week worked
