Salary: £26,000–£28,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Crawley, specialising in the Transport & Logistics and Production sectors.

You do not need recruitment experience. If you have a background in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, we'll provide all the training you need to become a successful recruiter.

With a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission and realistic first-year earnings of up to £50,000, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.

The Role

• Building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into temporary and permanent positions.
• Managing vacancies from start to finish.
• Developing new business through telephone calls, networking and client visits.
• Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Working towards achievable targets while earning uncapped commission.

About You

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is essential.
• Recruitment experience is not required.
• Motivated, ambitious and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.
