Junior Sales Negotiator
Location: Coleford
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: Week 1: Monday-Friday | Week 2: Monday-Saturday
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Sales Negotiator to join our friendly estate agency team in Coleford.
You'll be supporting clients through some of their biggest decisions, so a positive, resilient attitude and proactive approach are essential. If you enjoy taking initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, you'll fit in well.

The Role
As a Junior Sales Negotiator, you'll play an important part in helping buyers and sellers navigate the property sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct property viewings, providing clear, friendly and helpful guidance to potential buyers
- Handle telephone and email enquiries confidently and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and other clients
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist with property marketing, including preparing listings and promoting properties across various platforms
- Follow up enquiries and actively progress potential sales
- Assist with property valuations, with full training provided
- Work as part of a close-knit team to achieve individual and company targets
- Take a proactive approach to generating new business and identifying opportunities
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
- Motivated to learn and develop within the property industry
- Comfortable working towards targets and achieving results
- A full UK driving licence is desirable
Previous estate agency experience is not essential. We're more interested in your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided to help you develop your skills and progress within the business.
