About the Role

We are seeking a Junior SolidWorks Design Engineer to create 3D models and technical drawings for structural steel projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early-career engineer to develop within an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create 3D models, assemblies and fabrication drawings in SolidWorks.
  • Support design reviews and update drawings to meet project requirements.
  • Work with design, production and site teams to deliver accurate work on time.
  • Maintain clear design and revision records.
  • Qualification in mechanical, structural or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic SolidWorks experience, including academic or personal projects.
  • Good engineering knowledge, attention to detail and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • AutoCAD experience and knowledge of welding, sheet metalwork or fabrication would be an advantage.
