The Role:

Junior Transportation Coordinator required for growing distribution company with warehouses in the UK and Europe.  This role is responsible for arranging transportation through a network of established freight partners and preparing warehouse schedules.

Main Duties:

• Arrange transportation for orders with external partners.
• Coordinate collections and deliveries with third-party suppliers.
• Ensure delivery details are accurately aligned with internal systems.
• Provide daily and weekly schedule updates to warehouses, proactively monitoring changes and keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Upload and maintain transport-related documentation within the system.

Junior Transportation Coordinator requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities
• Experience in transport (preferred)
• Familiarity with logistics software (advantageous)
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK and Europe
