Are you a hands-on Junior Engineer looking to start your career in engineering or manufacturing with a growing company offering full training within a busy workshop to progress into an engineering role?

This role is an opportunity to join a growing engineering business, gaining hands-on experience in a modern workshop and developing your practical skills. There is clear progression into a mechanical assembly position with training and development.

This role would suit a college leaver or Junior Workshop Assistant who is looking to begin a career in engineering or manufacturing with a growing company who is offering an excellent work life balance and the ability to learn and develop skills, with progression to an engineering role.

The Role:

• Supporting the workshop team with general duties and keeping the workshop clean and tidy
• Learning and developing practical skills
• Jumping in to help with production
• Progression into an engineering role
• Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm, finish at 1:30pm on Friday

The Person:

• Recent college leaver or someone looking to start a career in engineering/manufacturing
• Full UK driving licence
