Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit professional and experienced SIA Licensed K9 Dog Handlers to join our nationwide team on a full-time, part-time and ad-hoc basis.

The Role:
As a K9 Dog Handler, you will work alongside your trained security dog to provide a highly visible security presence, protect client premises, deter criminal activity and respond effectively to incidents.

You will be deployed across a variety of sites including construction projects, warehouses, industrial estates, commercial properties, retail parks, vacant buildings and special events.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular foot patrols with your security dog.
* Protect client premises against theft, trespassing, vandalism and anti-social behaviour.
* Monitor access and egress points.
* Carry out site inspections and perimeter patrols.
* Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
* Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs and site documentation.
* Liaise professionally with clients, emergency services and the Operations Team.
* Ensure the welfare, fitness and professional handling of your security dog at all times.
* Follow assignment instructions and company procedures.
* Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, appearance and customer service.

Essential Requirements:
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence.
* Accredited Security Dog Handler qualification (NASDU).
* Own trained and certified security dog.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Access to your own vehicle.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Flexible approach to working days, nights and weekends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications:
* Emergency First Aid at Work.
* CCTV Licence.
* CSCS Card.
* Previous construction site security experience.
* Experience within commercial, industrial or public sector security.
* Additional specialist K9 qualifications.
