Key Account Manager – Premium KBB Manufacturer £50,000 Basic | £90,000–£100,000 OTE | North East & Yorkshire

Salary field: £50,000 Basic, OTE £80,000–£100,000

You will inherit warm relationships and strong regional turnover from day one, with real scope to grow it further.

The Role

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of premium independent retailers and KBB studios across the North East & Yorkshire
• Build long-term relationships with showroom owners, creating business plans to support growth
• Increase product penetration and expand in-store footprint across existing accounts
• Deliver product training and educate customers on new collections and innovations
• Develop joint business plans with customers to maximise sales growth
• Manage your territory with full autonomy, monitoring competitor activity and market trends
• Negotiating in-store foot print, POS and gaining market share

The Candidate

We would welcome applications from Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Field Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers or Sales Professionals with:

• A field-based sales background and strong commercial awareness
• Excellent relationship-building and account management skills
• A professional, consultative approach and strong territory planning ability
• Strong negotiating skills, polished and career

An understanding of selling a 'premium brand' is advantegeous.   we are looking for a strong commercial all-rounder.

The Package

• £50,000 basic, realistic £90,000–£100,000 OTE
