As the Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to promote pupil achievement.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and its ongoing development.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1 or demonstrate a strong understanding of the curriculum.
• Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Be a reflective practitioner who is eager to contribute to a collaborative school team.
