The Successful Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working within a primary school setting
  * Hold HLTA status or significant Cover Supervisor experience (desirable)
  * Be confident leading whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher
  * Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  * Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
  * Be flexible, proactive, and organised in their approach
  * Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
