Keystage 1 Teacher with QTS

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our welcoming primary school in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed practitioner to inspire young learners at a crucial stage in their educational journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative and high-quality teaching to pupils in Year 1 and/or Year 2. You will be passionate about early education and committed to ensuring all children make strong progress academically, socially and emotionally.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across the KS1 curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Plan engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Assess, track and support pupil progress effectively
• Use strong behaviour management strategies to promote positive learning
• Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to support pupil development

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Have strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
• Be creative, organised and passionate about primary education
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
• Be committed to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing
