Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission & Bonus Scheme

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on high-end bespoke kitchen projects, managing each client journey from the initial consultation through to the completed installation. You'll be creating stunning kitchen designs while delivering an exceptional customer experience and building lasting client relationships.

• Design and sell luxury bespoke kitchens to private clients.
• Manage projects from initial consultation through to installation and completion.
• Produce accurate kitchen designs using CAD software.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service throughout the project.
• Liaise with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all designs and quotations are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Previous experience designing and selling high-end kitchens.
• CAD design experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated approach.
• Confident in presenting designs and building relationships with clients.
• Passion for luxury interiors and bespoke design.

• £35,000 basic salary.
