You’ll be working in occupied social housing properties, fitting kitchens and carrying out associated remedial works. This is a long-term contract with limited travel, so you’ll mainly be working within the Stoke area.

We need a reliable Kitchen Fitter with solid carpentry skills and ideally previous social housing experience.
You should be confident with carpentry and general kitchen installation. Experience with minor plumbing, tiling, painting and plastering would be a big advantage.
If you’ve worked on social housing refurbishments before and have good carpentry skills, even better.
The ideal Kitchen Fitter will be able to work independently, keep a good pace and complete jobs to a high standard while working in occupied properties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Fitter
- Good carpentry background
- Social housing experience preferred
- Own tools
- Own van
- Able to work independently
- Good communication with tenants
