As a Kitchen Team Member at a franchise fast food establishment, you will help prepare and cook food to company standards, ensuring orders are produced quickly, accurately and safely. You will work as part of a fast-paced team, supporting daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities As Kitchen Team Member
  • Prepare and cook food to company standards
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen
  • Support food preparation, cooking and cleaning tasks
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Assist managers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
  • Complete all required training and follow company procedures

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Hours of Work & Pay
  • Full-Time: 48 hours per week
  • Part-Time: 18 to 24 hours per week
  • Shifts may include evenings and weekends
  • Pay rate: National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage, depending on age and eligibility
