Your Role
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1
- Creating exciting lessons that encourage curiosity and participation
- Adapting your teaching to meet a range of learning needs
- Monitoring attainment and supporting pupils to make strong progress
- Establishing positive relationships with children and their families
- Working alongside colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies
- Taking an active role in school events and the wider community
