The Role - KS1 Teacher

As a KS1 Teacher, you will teach a class of 27 pupils, delivering creative and engaging lessons that support strong academic and personal development. You will adapt teaching to meet a range of abilities, assess pupil progress, and provide targeted support where required. The ideal candidate will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, with strong behaviour management and communication skills, as well as high expectations for all pupils. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and previous KS1 teaching experience is essential for this role.

The School - KS1 Teacher

This lovely primary school is based in Enfield and is a 8 minute walk from the nearest train station. The school caters for children aged 2-11 and has a strong focus on creating an inclusive and stimulating environment where every child is motivated and encouraged to progress in their learning. Staff work collaboratively to provide high quality teaching and effective support for pupils with SEN including ASD and SLCN. The school is rated 'Good' by Ofsted.
