Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the B92 area of Solihull from September 2026.
This is a full teaching responsibility role, ideal for an experienced teacher or a confident ECT looking to take ownership of a KS2 class within a supportive school environment.
The Role
Full class teacher responsibilities within Key Stage 2.
Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support pupil achievement.
The Ideal Candidate
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
✔ Experience teaching within KS2.
✔ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
✔ Commitment to raising attainment and inspiring young learners.
