Are you a passionate Primary Teacher with a strength in Literacy and Numeracy? Do you want to make a real difference in secondary education by supporting students who need an extra boost to succeed?
We are currently seeking a dedicated teacher to support students who are not yet Secondary-ready in English and Maths. This is a rewarding opportunity to help young people build the core skills and confidence they need to access the wider curriculum and thrive in their education.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging Literacy and Numeracy interventions to small groups of students
- Support pupils working below expected levels to close attainment gaps
- Build strong foundations in reading, writing, and mathematical understanding
- Help students reach the required levels to progress successfully through Secondary school
- Work collaboratively with school staff to track progress and tailor support
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
- Strong experience in teaching English and Maths
- A nurturing, adaptable approach to learning
- Confidence in working with small groups and differentiated learning needs
- A genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to education
