We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton.

The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with ECTs warmly welcomed to apply. The school offers a supportive environment where early career teachers can develop their confidence, skills and classroom practice.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum, monitoring pupil progress and ensuring that all children receive the support and challenge they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured KS2 lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Differentiate and adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual pupils.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Support pupils with SEND, EAL and a range of additional learning needs.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage and motivate pupils.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and other members of staff.
- Attend staff meetings, training and professional development opportunities.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour policies.
- Promote pupils' wellbeing, confidence, independence and personal development.
About You
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT working towards/gaining QTS.
- Has a passion for teaching and supporting children in KS2.
- Has a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- Can effectively assess and track pupil progress.
- Builds positive and professional relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to providing the best possible education for pupils.
- Is keen to develop professionally and contribute positively to the school community.
