Teach Now is seeking a motivated and capable KS2 Teacher for a full-time, permanent position at a thriving primary school in Greenwich. Starting in September 2026, this role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys delivering engaging lessons, developing confident learners and working as part of a forward-thinking staff team.

The Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will take responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, delivering high-quality teaching across the curriculum. You will use strong subject knowledge, assessment and creative planning to help pupils make excellent progress and prepare for the next stage of their education.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Promote high standards in literacy, numeracy and independent learning.
• Use assessment data to plan targeted support and challenge.
• Create a purposeful, inclusive and well-managed classroom.
• Work effectively with teaching assistants and phase colleagues.
• Support pupils’ confidence, resilience and personal development.
• Build positive relationships with families and contribute to school life.
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status, QTS.
• Experience teaching KS2 or strong recent primary teaching experience.
• Secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment expectations.
• Strong classroom management and a positive approach to behaviour.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that meet a range of learning needs.
• Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and pupil progress.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
