KS2 Teacher – Enfield

Location: Enfield, London
Salary: £37,870–£56,154 per annum, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary
Start Date: 8 September 2026

Teach Now is recruiting an experienced KS2 Teacher for a full-time position in Enfield starting in September. The successful teacher will bring strong curriculum knowledge, consistent classroom practice and the ability to recognise exactly what pupils need to make their next step.

The KS2 Teacher will:

  • Plan ambitious and accessible lessons
  • Develop pupils’ reading, writing and mathematical fluency
  • Use assessment intelligently to plan next steps
  • Provide suitable challenge for higher-attaining pupils
  • Adapt teaching for pupils with SEND
  • Establish calm, consistent behaviour expectations
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants and teaching colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with families

Essential requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Recent KS2 classroom experience
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Effective assessment and differentiation skills
  • Confident behaviour management
  • High standards of professionalism and safeguarding

This KS2 Teacher position would particularly suit someone who enjoys seeing the impact of sustained teaching over a longer-term placement rather than moving between short-term assignments.

Salary is dependent on experience. Teach Now also provides dedicated consultant support and access to professional development.
