We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established primary school in the B45 area of Birmingham to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their dedicated teaching team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and motivate pupils during a crucial stage of their education. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and creative lessons, helping children develop academically, socially and emotionally within a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
The RoleThe successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 2.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire all learners.
- Assess, monitor and support pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support every child's development.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities where appropriate.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, either through previous employment or teaching placements.
- Has excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- Is committed to raising attainment and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
