The role will involve:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

• Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress.

• Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.

• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop teaching practice.

• Building positive relationships with parents and carers.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.

• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.

• Have a passion for delivering creative and engaging lessons.

• Be confident adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.

• Be committed to raising attainment and improving pupil outcomes.
