Salary: £40,372 – £59,864 per annum (M1–UPS3)

Transparency Education is seeking a skilled KS2 Teacher for a long-term primary teaching position in Southwark.
The school requires a teacher who can combine strong curriculum knowledge with engaging teaching and effective classroom management. This KS2 Teacher role would suit an experienced primary practitioner looking to make a positive impact throughout a sustained placement.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
• Plan appropriately challenging learning for pupils of different abilities.
• Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress.
• Establish clear routines and high expectations for behaviour and learning.
• Identify gaps in learning and provide targeted support.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and school leadership.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and purposeful classroom.
Requirements
• QTS or a formally recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary school.
• Secure understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.
• Strong planning, assessment and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• Right to work in the UK.
Pay is determined based on candidate qualifications and experience.
