Salary: £39,196 - £58,120 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Contract: Temporary; full-time availability preferred, working pattern to be agreed

Hours: Term time - 8:30 - 3:30 - school day
Help pupils become confident readers, thoughtful writers and independent learners. Transparency Education is seeking a KS2 Teacher for a primary teaching opportunity in Bromley.
This role will suit a teacher who enjoys building a class community and making learning accessible without losing challenge. You will take responsibility for planning, teaching and assessment, working with colleagues to support progress across Key Stage 2.
Responsibilities
• Plan a balanced sequence of lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Use assessment to identify gaps and set meaningful next steps
• Develop reading comprehension, writing fluency and mathematical reasoning
• Adapt teaching for pupils with SEND and those learning English as an additional language
• Guide classroom support staff and communicate progress to families
• Contribute to year-group planning and wider school activities
Requirements
• UK QTS and relevant experience teaching Key Stage 2
• Strong curriculum knowledge and effective assessment practice
• A positive, consistent approach to behaviour management
• The ability to balance high expectations with individual pupil support
• An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to complete one.
