L&D Officer

Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in the search for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their HR team.

Based in Petersfield and paying circa £35,000, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Officer who enjoys taking ownership of training coordination, building strong relationships across a business and ensuring employees have the skills and development opportunities they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with managers and internal stakeholders to identify current and future learning requirements
• Research, source and onboard suitable external training providers
• Manage training bookings, joining instructions, learning materials and certification
• Maintain accurate training records, competency information and associated documentation
• Coordinate professional development, apprenticeship and other development programmes
• Support the delivery of employee inductions
• Coordinate work experience placements and liaise with education providers and internal stakeholders

About you

• Recent experience within a Learning & Development or training-focused role
• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple courses and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident presenting, facilitating or delivering training to groups
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent Learning & Development qualification would be desirable but not essential
