About the Company:

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of specialist construction materials, supplying products used across commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.

They are seeking an organised and proactive Admixtures Co-Ordinator to join their Crayford site. This is a varied administrative role, supporting colleagues across technical, commercial and operational functions.

Role Overview: Admixtures Co-Ordinator

As Admixtures Co-Ordinator, you will be the central point of contact for day-to-day coordination at the Crayford site, while also providing administrative support to technical teams in Crayford and Speke.

You will work closely with approximately 15 technical and commercial colleagues, ensuring information, documentation and site requirements are dealt with efficiently. This would suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with others and comfortable managing several priorities at once.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate day-to-day non-technical site requirements, including health and safety administration, facilities issues and general site support

· Provide administrative support to technical teams across two sites

· Support commercial colleagues who are field-based, preparing forms, documentation and customer information promptly

· Act as a point of contact for routine client phone enquiries

· Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and internal documentation

· Arrange and distribute relevant information to ensure colleagues can continue supporting customers efficiently

· Use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams to manage and communicate information

· Support the wider team with general administration and coordination activity

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience within an administrative, coordination or office support role

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams

· Good numerical and literacy skills, with strong attention to detail

· Able to prioritise work and manage multiple requests effectively

· Comfortable speaking with clients and internal stakeholders by phone

· Experience within a laboratory, technical or manufacturing environment would be advantageous, but is not essential

Package:

· Salary: Up to £33,000,

· Bonus: Up to £2,000 per year
