Labourer / Banksman - 6-Month Position

We are looking for an experienced Labourer with a valid Banksman ticket to start 6-month position, starting Tuesday 1st September.

The successful candidate will be carrying out general labouring duties alongside traffic marshalling, assisting with deliveries and supporting the site team with a variety of day-to-day tasks.

Duties will include:

• General labouring and site duties
• Traffic marshalling and directing vehicles safely
• Assisting with deliveries and unloading
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe
• Moving materials and equipment as required
• Supporting trades and other site personnel
• Following site health & safety procedures
• Carrying out other general tasks as required

Requirements:

• Valid Banksman / Traffic Marshal ticket
• Previous labouring or construction site experience
• Enhanced DBS check - must be in the candidate's own name
• Good understanding of site health & safety
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Important: An Enhanced DBS is essential and must be in the candidate's own name, as the role involves working around schools, particularly with schools returning.
