About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team on projects across Reading and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe working environment, and wants to be part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day site activities.
• Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Operating basic hand and power tools (where appropriate and trained).
• Assisting with site setup and general maintenance duties.
• Carrying out other general labouring tasks as directed by the site supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous labouring or construction experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must have a valid CSCS Card
• Good physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual work.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
