Labourer – Property Maintenance
Location: Darlington
Contract: Ongoing / Temporary
Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a reliable Labourer to work with an established property maintenance company in the Darlington area.
The role will involve supporting tradespeople with day-to-day maintenance and repair works across properties, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Duties will include:
- Assisting tradespeople with general maintenance works
- Moving materials, tools and equipment
- Basic labouring and minor maintenance tasks
- Preparing and clearing work areas
- Keeping sites clean, tidy and safe
- Loading/unloading materials and disposing of waste
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Working professionally within occupied and void properties
Requirements:
- Previous labouring or maintenance experience preferred
- Good practical ability and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working as part of a maintenance team
- CSCS advantageous but not essential depending on experience
