Labourer

Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Labourer to work on a temporary contract with a busy construction and maintenance contractor in the Preston area.This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking labourer to secure ongoing temporary work with immediate starts available.

🔨 Duties Will Include:

• Assisting tradespeople on site
• General labouring and site clearance
• Loading and unloading materials
• Moving materials around site safely
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Assisting with demolition and strip-out works where required
• Adhering to site health and safety procedures at all times

✅ Essential Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate (essential)
• Previous construction site labouring experience
• Full PPE including safety boots, hard hat and hi-vis vest
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
