Labourer

Our manufacturing client based in Chichester is looking for x5 Manufacturing Labourers to join their growing and busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term career within a well-established manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. If you're reliable, hardworking, hands-on, and eager to learn, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general manufacturing and production duties
• Moving materials and components around the production area
• Supporting assembly and production teams as required
• Using basic hand tools and equipment safely
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Completing basic production paperwork when required
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, labouring, production, or assembly work would be advantageous but is not essential
• Good reliability and attendance
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the business

Location: Chichester

Payrate: £13.40 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30 | Friday: 07:00 – 11:00
