Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Driving Labourer to support our on-site teams. This role involves a mix of driving, general labouring and assisting skilled trades on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and equipment between sites
• Assisting tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, etc.) on-site
• Loading and unloading materials
• Maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards
• Carrying out basic skilled labouring tasks
• Ensuring timely deliveries and collections

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous experience in construction/labouring
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of site safety practices
• CSCS card (preferred but not essential – adjust as needed)
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with tools and basic construction tasks
• Knowledge of materials and site processes
• Any trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, etc.) are a bonus
