We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will support grounds maintenance and landscaping activities, ensuring outdoor areas are kept clean, safe, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lawn mowers and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently.

• Cut grass, trim hedges, and maintain gardens and outdoor spaces.

• Remove garden waste, leaves, branches, and other debris.

• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.

• Assist with general landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

• Keep equipment clean and report any faults or maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a labourer, grounds maintenance operative, or landscaper is preferred.

• Ability to use lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and other gardening equipment.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

• Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
