Position: Labourer

Location: Birmingham

Pay Rate: £16.88 per hour PAYE Umbrella / £14.25 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our team in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role that requires a reliable and hardworking individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a range of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with general labouring and site duties.
• Loading and unloading materials safely.
• Moving materials and equipment around the workplace.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Supporting skilled operatives and production teams as required.
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Carrying out manual handling tasks and general housekeeping duties.

Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience in a labouring, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment.
• Good level of physical fitness.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures.

Desirable

• Valid CSCS card (if applicable).
• Experience working within an industrial or production environment.
• Forklift or other relevant licences (advantageous but not essential).
