Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality private gardens to an exceptional standard.
• Carry out lawn care, hedge cutting and precision pruning.
• Manage borders with seasonal planting and ongoing plant care.
• Prune, train and shape shrubs, climbers and fruit trees.
• Monitor irrigation systems and identify plant health issues.
• Maintain hard landscaping features and outdoor spaces.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients.
• Deliver consistently high standards across every garden.
• Hard landscaping skills and advantage.

Skills & Experience

• At least 4 years' experience in garden maintenance.
• Strong plant knowledge with an understanding of seasonal gardening.
• Soft landscaping a must.
• Hard landscaping beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take pride in your work.
• Level 2 Horticulture qualification or above (desirable).
• PA1/PA6, irrigation knowledge or machinery certificates are advantageous.
• A genuine commitment to quality and attention to detail.
