Landscaper Supervisor

Trade Recruitment Ltd is looking for a skilled and proactive Landscaping SSSTS Supervisor to oversee safety, site management, and operational activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive supervising experience, and proficiency in project management tools. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all site operations adhere to safety standards, project timelines, and quality expectations. The successful applicant will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations to facilitate smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Lead safety briefings, conduct risk assessments, and enforce safety policies to uphold a secure working environment.
• Manage and mentor site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Oversee the implementation of site procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays or issues, and develop corrective action plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and work progress.
• Prepare detailed reports on site activities, safety incidents, and project milestones for senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and improve operational workflows.

Experience

• Proven landscaping supervising experience within construction or engineering environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate complex projects effectively.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications in construction supervision or health & safety are preferred.
