£300-£310 per day

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gold Card Supervisor to join a large-scale landscaping contract in Grays.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity, with the potential for several years of work for the right candidate.

While previous landscaping experience is not essential, candidates with a background in landscaping, groundworks, civils or similar large-scale projects are highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be confident supervising teams, coordinating site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Gold CSCS Card

• SSSTS qualification

• Previous experience in a supervisory role

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage teams and coordinate site activities

• Landscaping, groundworks or civils experience desirable

• Reliable and professional approach

Responsibilities:

• Supervising site teams and subcontractors

• Coordinating daily site activities

• Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently

• Maintaining health & safety standards

• Liaising with site management and other trades

• Monitoring progress and ensuring works meet required standards

• Supporting the smooth delivery of the landscaping contract
