Laser CNC Operator

The Candidate: The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with an eagerness to help and learn the various processes carried out throughout the shop floor. They will be in direct contact with customer orders, contributing to and responsible for the high level of quality and service we provide.

General Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Tube or flatbed laser experience
• Trumpf or Brystronic machinery experience a bonus
• Experience in producing multiple bespoke components from varied materials
• Ability to read and interpret basic Engineering Drawings
• Flexibility, Desire and ability to learn multiple machines, systems and processes in production of both 2D and 3D Componentry
• FLT and Overhead Crane experience ideal although not essential
• Full Driver’s License holder and own transport
• General housekeeping and some manual lifting required.
• Ability to work effectively alongside others when required

Experience a preference but not essential, ideally the candidate will possess a valid Forklift Truck licence with Overhead Crane experience but again not essential. Pending a successful initial period, we will provide training and licencing for both.

If successful in the role there will be opportunity to progress to various machine operating roles with all necessary training provided by the company.
