LASER OPERATOR

40 Hours | Alternating Shifts | £14.00–£14.50 per hour | Weekly Pay

We are looking for an experienced Laser Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. Previous laser cutting experience is essential. Laser setting experience is preferred but training will be provided.

The Role

  • Operate laser cutting machinery

  • Load/unload materials and finished parts

  • Check and sort components

  • Assist with laser machine setting

  • Move materials and carry out manual handling

  • Maintain a safe and tidy work area

Requirements

  • Previous laser cutting experience essential

  • Manufacturing/engineering experience

  • Good attention to detail and safety awareness

  • Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting

  • Counterbalance FLT licence advantageous

  • Reliable and able to work alternating shifts

Shifts

  • Morning: 6am–2.30pm – £14.00ph

  • Afternoon: Mon–Thu 2pm–11.30pm, Fri 2pm–6pm – £14.50ph
