We're seeking a Lawyer to become part of a collaborative and technology‑driven team, advising clients across a broad range of commercial matters. LAWYER ROLE:
- Managing a portfolio of client matters independently from instruction through to completion
- Building and managing client relationships as the primary client contact
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of legal and commercial documents
- Managing up to six matters concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Working autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders as required
- Delivering work in line with KPI, performance and client service expectations
- Demonstrating approximately three years' post-qualification experience in general commercial law within private practice or in-house environments across England and Wales
- Managing commercial legal matters independently and taking ownership of files from instruction through to completion
- Advising on technology and intellectual property contracts
- Supporting privacy, data protection and GDPR-related matters
- Advising on employment law matters
- Building strong client relationships through direct client engagement and a personable approach
- Utilising legal technology platforms confidently and effectively
- Working autonomously, efficiently and proactively to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet deadlines
- Choosing flexible working arrangements, including working from home, the office or alternative locations
- Working while travelling and maintaining flexible working hours around personal commitments
