We're recruiting for an experienced LCV Technician to join a professional commercial vehicle workshop in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LCV Technician / Van Technician / Light Commercial Vehicle Technician looking for a long-term position with competitive pay, excellent earning potential and strong benefits.

The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, providing a mixture of early and late shifts across the working week.

Shift Pattern
Week 1 - Late Shift
Monday - Friday: 3:00pm - Midnight

Week 2 - Early Shift
Tuesday - Saturday: 6:00am - 3:00pm

The shifts rotate, so candidates will be required to work both the early and late shift patterns.

The Role
As an LCV Technician, you will be responsible for:
·Carrying out routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Servicing, maintaining and repairing light commercial vehicles.
·Preparing and presenting vehicles for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment.
·Carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs.
·Completing all required paperwork and job documentation.
·Maintaining high standards of workshop housekeeping.
·Following Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
·Working as part of a professional workshop team to minimise vehicle downtime.

About You
We're looking for an experienced LCV Technician / Van Technician / Light Commercial Vehicle Technician with:
·Level 3, City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
·Previous experience working on light commercial vehicles.
·Strong mechanical and diagnostic fault-finding skills.
·Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
·A reliable and professional approach to work.
·The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
