Attendance Bonus: £2,400 per year
Paid quarterly at £600 per quarter

Location: Egham
We’re looking for an experienced LCV Technician / VAN Technician / Vehicle Technician / Van Mechanic to join a busy workshop looking after a mixed fleet of commercial vans.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants good earning potential, proper manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment and further training in diagnostics and EV technology.
The role of the LCV Technician / VAN Technician / Vehicle Technician / Van Mechanic
- Service, maintain and repair a mixed fleet of commercial vans
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
- Work across Peugeot, Mercedes, Ford, Volkswagen, Renault and Vauxhall vans
- Use dealer-level diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
- Carry out preventative maintenance and routine servicing
- Maintain vehicles to a high standard and minimise downtime
- Continue developing your diagnostic and EV knowledge through company training
- Previous experience as an LCV / Van Technician
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Comfortable working across different vehicle manufacturers
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Diagnostic experience is advantageous, but further training will be provided
- EV experience is advantageous, but full EV training will be provided
