Are you a qualified electrical engineer looking for a new static maintenance position, working for a prestigious account for a growing service provider? We have a new role for a Lead electrical engineer, to be based at a flag ship office for a commercial organisation in Canary Wharf.
In addition to an immediate start, you will be offered a starting salary of £48,000. The benefits also include:

You will be working as the resident engineer, based on a static commercial office building in Canary Wharf. You will also be supported by a dedicated team of mobile engineers to assist with the maintenance within your building.
Within this electric engineer role you will be responsible for:
- Delivering electrical PPMs
- Reactive maintenance
- AHU, FCU
- BMS systems
- HVAC
- Contractor management
- Issuing of permits
- Utilisation of the CAFM system
- Daily client interaction
For this Lead Engineer role, we are looking for:
- Qualified level 3 electrician with 18th edition
- Building services maintenance experience within a similar high spec office building
- Working knowledge of AHU and HVAC
- Strong communication skills and able to liaise with a client day to day
