The Role

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer ready to take the next step?

This is a great opportunity to move into a Lead Engineer position where you'll remain hands-on technically, while taking more responsibility for the day-to-day running of the engineering shift.

You'll coordinate maintenance activity, support a team of engineers and work closely with production to keep the site running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support a team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers
• Carry out reactive, planned and preventative maintenance
• Prioritise engineering tasks to reduce downtime and improve OEE
• Coordinate engineering activity with production
• Help drive high standards across maintenance, safety and compliance
• Support engineers on shift and help develop the wider team

What We're Looking For

• Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias
• Recognised engineering qualification - Apprenticeship, C&G, ONC, 17th/18th Edition or equivalent
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food production
• Confident communicator who can take ownership and lead from the front
• Someone ready to move into a Lead Engineer / Engineering Team Leader position
• Hands-on, practical approach with a focus on reliability and keeping production moving
